Anforderungen

- •Insider knowledge of the industry
- •Ability to build credibility and position brands as thought leaders
- •Ability to translate complex ideas into compelling narratives
- •Experience writing for enterprise audiences in fintech or private markets
- •4–7 years’ experience in B2B marketing, editorial, or financial journalism
- •Proven PR network and journalistic connections in finance and investment media
- •Track record of executing content campaigns end-to-end
- •Experience building partnership programs in a scaling company
- •Consulting or finance background as a strong plus
- •Native-level English writing skills; German or French are a big plus
- •Proficient with G-Suite and experienced in tools such as GPT, HubSpot, Notion, Asana, Canva, Figma, Adobe Suite, and/or Webflow
- •High ownership mentality and proactive in learning new skills

- •Scale the content engine with full ownership of PR, content, and partnership strategy
- •Drive thought leadership in private markets through impactful content and timely PR launches
- •Define and grow the partnership strategy with key players in the VC/PE ecosystem
- •Build, mentor, and collaborate with a growing marketing team
- •Work closely with the commercial team, including interns and freelancers
- •Analyze content performance across channels and produce content analytics
- •Monitor campaign performance and iterate based on data insights
- •Craft high-quality, localized content for DE, UK, LUX, and NL markets
- •Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Operations teams
- •Support the product marketing roadmap and customer advocacy programs
- •Ensure brand consistency and storytelling excellence across all touchpoints
