## Your qualifications
* **Academic excellence**: bachelor’s or master’s degree in a renowned University or University of Applied Sciences in the field of Economics
* **Industry knowledge and consulting experience**: 10+ years of experience in a management consulting environment with a focus on CPR & Manufacturing industry with a track record in digital manufacturing and supply chain. Proficient in commercial strategy with a proven record of driving profitability and growth. Demonstrates disciplined financial execution, reliable forecasting, and effective risk and opportunity management
* **Conceptual talent**: ability to understand and manage complex contracts. Proven ability to set and execute strategy, defining and iterating strategic offers value proposition. Passionate and strategic thinker leading from the front in managing a business consisting of multiple large, complex customers
* **Communication and presentation**: fluent in English and German or French
* **Leadership skills**: bright and energetic leader internally with exceptional client gravitas and a hunger for winning
