Anforderungen
- •Master's degree in mechanical engineering
- •3 to 5 years of experience in calculation, design, or erection of turbomachinery, rotating equipment, and subsystems
- •Broad understanding of operational behavior of turbomachinery and their control philosophies
- •Strong analytical skills
- •Inner drive and self-motivation
- •Very good coordination, organization, and communication skills
- •Good internal and external collaboration with other departments

Deine Aufgaben
- •Record and resolve technical customer issues related to MAN-ES Turbomachinery products
- •Troubleshoot based on customer problem descriptions and operating data
- •Coordinate root cause analysis with laboratory and design departments
- •Prepare and present reports on findings to customers and internally
- •Conduct troubleshooting at customer sites when necessary
- •Continuously monitor plants under PrimeServ Assist contracts
- •Develop maintenance reference plans for the ZRH compressor fleet
- •Participate actively in hotline service (Techline)
- •Contribute to the further development of the Remote Operation Center ZRH
