Anforderungen
- •University degree in Business, IT, or related field or equivalent experience
- •More than 5 years of experience in management consulting or internal transformation projects
- •Strong conceptual, analytical, and communication skills
- •Professional project management certification (e.g., PMI, PRINCE2, or equivalent)
- •Solid IT knowledge and understanding of technology environments, ideally with familiarity with ITIL, COBIT, or similar frameworks
- •Experience with audit, risk management, and regulatory programs in financial services context
- •Excellent command of PowerPoint and experience with AI-supported productivity tools
- •Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively between technical experts and senior managers
- •Strong interpersonal skills and proactive mindset
- •Fluent in English; German skills are an advantage
