We are all role models of empowerment, empathy, and respect. ## Get the future you want * Implementation support and management of business and IT projects in the area of HR, with a focus on transformations in the area of digital HR * Conceptual design of HR and HR IT strategies and HR target operating models in the context of HR cloud implementations * Supporting and implementing organizational, process-related, IT-related and personnel changes in the HR organization * Planning and management of training measures * Efficient linking of processes between business, strategy, and IT ## Your qualifications * **Academic excellence**: outstanding bachelor’s or master’s degree in a renowned University or University of Applied Sciences in the field of Economics, Social sciences or Information Technology * **Industry knowledge:** Demonstrated experience in workforce and transformation initiatives, with at least one year of professional experience — including internships — within the industry or in roles supporting workforce transformation efforts. * **Consulting experience**: profound expertise in consulting and project management. * **Conceptual talent:** rational thinking and ease of combining technological understanding, strategic evaluation, and implementation work i.e., efficient linking of processes between business, strategy, and IT. A structured work style with a fun approach to solving complex tasks. Commitment and self-responsibility to deadlines. Eagerness to learn and adapt in uncertain situations and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. * **Communication and presentation skills**: fluent in English (written and spoken). German or French skills are mandatory (C1 level).
