  • •Coordinate setup with IT or SharePoint Admin as needed.
  • •Ensure alignment with account needs and reporting requirements.
  • •Create and maintain a contract metadata tracker.
  • •Build automated views for expiring contracts and approvals.
  • •Integrate SOW documents and amendments into a centralized system.
  • •Build and maintain dashboards for assignments and utilization.
  • •Structure open staffing requests by aging, status, and owner.
  • •Define reporting logic for key metrics.
  • •Develop Power BI dashboards for internal and client use.
  • •Define and maintain key KPIs for SOW and onboarding efficiency.
  • •Collaborate with backoffice on data sources and sync routines.
  • •Serve as the go-to person for cockpit usage and feedback.
  • •Engage regularly with Account Leads, PM Leads, Finance, and Talent Acquisition.
  • •Prepare content for governance calls and reporting packs.

## Job Description We are looking for a hands-on and systems-thinking **Consultant** who can **design, build, and operate a centralized Account Management Cockpit**. This role requires a combination of structured thinking, tool competence (especially SharePoint & Power BI), and communication skills to bridge between Delivery, Backoffice, and Account Management. You will lead the creation of an integrated cockpit that brings together contract (SOW) tracking, resource assignment views, commercial KPIs, and open staffing requests into one usable workspace – directly enabling better account visibility and decision-making. **What you will be doing:** **Cockpit Structure Design & Ownership** * Support the design structure and architecture of the **Account Management Cockpit** (SharePoint-based) * Define data models, lists, libraries, naming conventions, and tagging strategy * Coordinate setup with IT / SharePoint Admin if needed * Ensure alignment with account needs and reporting requirements **Contract & SOW Management** * Create and maintain a **contract metadata tracker** with key info (status, value, dates, renewal) * Build automated views to highlight expiring contracts, missing approvals, and key milestones * Integrate SOW documents, amendments, and notes into a centralized document system **Resource & Request Visibility** * Build and maintain dashboards to show current assignments, day rates, utilization, and roll-off risk * Structure the list of open staffing requests and ensure visibility by aging, status, and owner * Define reporting logic (e.g. "time-to-fill", "average day rate by account", "bench allocation") **Dashboarding & KPIs** * Develop Power BI dashboards (or Excel-based alternatives) for internal and client use * Define and maintain key KPIs: SOW status, margin view, onboarding efficiency, fill rates, etc. * Collaborate with backoffice to align on available data sources and sync routines **Stakeholder Collaboration & Governance** * Serve as go-to person for cockpit usage, structure feedback, and change requests * Regularly engage with Account Leads, PM Leads, Finance, and Talent Acquisition * Prepare content for weekly governance calls, monthly reviews, and reporting packs ## Qualifications * 2–4 years in PMO, Business Operations, or Consulting roles * Strong skills in **SharePoint structuring**, Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint * Ability to design **information flows and system structure** from scratch * Familiar with lifecycle of SOWs, staffing requests, and onboarding models * Ability to coordinate across delivery, operations, and backoffice teams * Proactive builder, system thinker, “fix the root cause” attitude ## Additional Information **Why Fusion?** At Fusion, we unite entrepreneurial minds from around the globe to develop and implement game-changing solutions that build lasting relationships with our clients.
