Anforderungen
- •Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, Information Systems or relevant programs
- •1-2 years of professional experience in Resilience, Risk Management, Risk Analytics, Supply Chain Risk Management, Third-Party Risk Management, Digital & AI Risk Management, ESG Risk Management, Internal Audit, Internal Controls or relevant areas
- •1-2 years of professional experience with Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) technology, e.g., SAP GRC, ServiceNow, Archer or similar platforms
- •Analytical skills and willingness to perform analytical tasks handling large amounts of data
- •Fast learner with a growth mindset
- •Good interpersonal skills for international, collaborative team environment
- •Intellectual curiosity and interest in new technologies and digitalization
- •Willingness to travel (up to 40%) in Europe and across the Globe
- •Strong communication skills in English and German or French

Deine Aufgaben
- •Support clients in assessing enterprise resilience across various areas
- •Help design and implement Business Continuity Management (BCM) programs
- •Assist in creating integrated approaches for risk-informed decision making
- •Aid clients in managing technology risks, including Trusted AI and Ethical Use of Technology
- •Support Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) technology implementations
- •Help manage large technology transformation risks
- •Assess clients' risk management programs against regulatory ESG requirements
- •Design and integrate functional risk management programs under centralized ESG governance
- •Assist in establishing or transforming Internal Audit functions
- •Support Internal Audit execution in various operational areas
- •Review effectiveness and efficiency of processes and internal controls
- •Identify compliance gaps and report improvements to Senior Management
- •Contribute to Internal Audit services for clients in Switzerland and globally
- •Support design and implementation of Internal Control Systems (ICS)
- •Perform control testing against international standards like Sarbanes-Oxley-Act
- •Assist clients in managing operational risks related to ESG
- •Support Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) and Supply Chain Risk Management
- •Aid in Program Risk Management (PRM)
