Kyndryl Consult Partner for Financial Services (m/f/d)

The Role
Kyndryl Consult is the fastest growing business within the organization and instrumental to the company’s strategic growth objectives. You will play a key leadership role across multi-disciplinary teams, guiding them through complex consulting engagements and be responsible for creating and positioning strategic change agendas within Kyndryl's largest accounts across the C-suite, spanning the intersection between complex Business and IT customer solutions, transformations that impact across the entire customer Eco-system.
As a Consult Partner, you will have a pivotal role in driving profitable growth, leveraging our comprehensive capabilities to build strong client relationships, and leading your team to success. This role demands a strong presence, industry expertise, and the ability to cultivate relationships with CXO-level clients. Your leadership will be critical in fostering talent development and innovation within the organization.
This role will also be leading the overall client engagement and delivering high quality client work alongside senior client stakeholders. Working in a transaction environment which may be pre or post deal, planning post deal implementation, and ultimately supporting execution. Partners will be focused on financial impact, utilization and contribution, client impact and leadership.
Contribute to Profitable Growth:
•Drive significant financial outcomes through signings and revenue targets
•Ensure sustained growth and profitability, managing margin expectations and backlog growth
•Support the identification, pursuit and conversion of a pipeline of business development opportunities
•Undertake scoping and fee negotiation on engagements, while enduring profitability and understanding and containing risk
Client Engagement:
•Build and maintain deep relationships with client CXOs and be seen as the 'go to' person and a trusted advisor by senior executives
•Leading C-level client interactions and consulting initiatives, deliverables and outputs of a deal engagement
•Demonstrate credibility and experience to advise and deliver on complex consulting engagement
•Enhance client satisfaction, as measured by Net Promoter Score (NPS) and new relationship development; Secure client references

•Achieve individual and team utilization targets
•Lead the design of complex engagements and take responsibility for oversight of delivery, ensuring high performance and customer satisfaction

Required Skills and Experience

Around 15 years of professional experience in IT consulting, program and/or project management at a senior leadership level.

In-depth knowledge and extensive experience within the Financial Services sector.

Demonstrated success in consultative selling, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets through a consultative approach.

Experience building relationships with senior C-level and IT executives; creating referenceable customers

Strong understanding of regulatory compliance requirements and triggers within the Financial Services market.

Proficient with technology, demonstrating a high level of tech-savviness.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
As this role is dedicated to supporting our customers in Austria, proficiency in German and a valid work permission is a prerequisite for this opportunity.
Preferred Skills and Experience
Consulting Subject Matter Expertise Domain:

A proven track record in IT Consulting or IT Management Consulting with regional or global consulting firms with delivery and business development success and growth.

Builds cross-unit notoriety as a subject-matter expert, and has demonstrated subject-matter expertise externally with clients, speaking events, industry forums, and blogs on the above specialization.

Able to operate in a “newly” forming business unit and able to “roll-up-sleeve” and contribute in an entrepreneurial fashion to help lead and deliver client outcomes.
Consulting Business Development Domain:

Demonstrates success in creating, developing and closing pipelines to achieve signing targets of 5-10M annually on specific accounts, sectors or geography

Leads or has participated in complex sales efforts, seeks appropriate assistance as required, and has a positive impact on sales closure

Has participated in sales cycles across multiple offering solutions and has been exposed to a diverse set of client proposals involving global resourcing components.
Consulting Engagement Delivery Domain:

Build engagement-specific consultant teams, based on skills required to meet SOW requirements and lead consulting engagements.

Drive team and personal billable and chargeable utilization as required by the business.

Demonstrates a lead role in resolving a complex contract, client, solution, technical or political issues which are critical to delivery.

The minimum yearly salary suitable for this full-time role as a Consult Partner is €103.400,00. Your actual salary will be discussed in a personal interview, taking into account your professional experience as well as qualifications and educational background.
