## Construction Manager (m/f/d) ### Your role: As a construction manager, you’ll receive a thorough onboarding and then take the lead - together with your team - to ensure our fast charging stations are built on time and meet the highest quality standards In this role you’ll: * Take charge of planning, tendering, and managing the construction of our large, cutting-edge charging stations across Germany. * Work closely with our expansion team, architects, and project managers to make each build a success * Oversee contractors on-site, keep construction on track, and ensure everything meets our high quality standards * Travel regularly to construction sites—this is a hands-on role where your presence makes the difference * Once a station is up and running, hand it over to our Operations team for the next chapter **E-mobility is new territory for you, or you’d like to deepen your knowledge?** No problem! As part of your onboarding, you’ll take part in engaging workshops where you’ll learn everything you need to know about electric mobility and fast charging infrastructure. ## Requirements ### Who we are looking for We’re looking for a Construction Manager who enjoys taking ownership and making things happen. You’re hands-on, work well with others, and are excited to be part of a growing industry where you can learn more about e-mobility and fast charging infrastructure. **Additionally, you tick the following boxes:** * A degree (in architecture, civil engineering, electrical engineering, etc.) or relevant vocational training (e.g. construction technician), combined with at least 3 years of experience in construction (civil, structural, roadworks, electrical, or similar). * Proven experience managing construction projects and familiarity with tendering processes and the VOB (German Construction Contract Procedures). * A collaborative mindset and strong communication skills to coordinate with various internal and external stakeholders. * Willingness to travel to construction sites across Germany. * Fluent German (near native-level) and excellent English, both written and spoken. ### Join us in building a better future!
