• •Define and implement Configuration Management plans
• •Maintain Configuration Management processes and procedures
• •Manage configuration identification and change control
• •Conduct configuration status accounting and audits
• •Maintain configuration baselines and ensure traceability
• •Chair Configuration Control Boards and document changes
• •Collaborate with Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Project Management
• •Ensure accurate maintenance of product structures in PLM/ERP tools
• •Support project reviews with configuration and documentation status reports
• •Establish connections between CAPA and configuration/change management processes
• •Receive and process product configuration change requests
• •Coordinate Change Review and Change Control Boards for evaluations
• •Assess impacts of product changes on technical, schedule, and cost
• •Verify implementation and effectiveness of approved changes
• •Monitor and report on configuration change performance
• •Maintain and improve Configuration Management policies and procedures
• •Deliver training on configuration and change management
• •Prepare agendas for Change Review and Change Control Boards
• •Facilitate meetings and issue minutes of meetings
• •Update product configuration data to ensure traceability
• •Approve product Design and Logistic Packages
• •Define and track configuration and change management KPIs
• •Develop and maintain Product Change Instructions and SOPs
• •Conduct training sessions on configuration and change management processes
