# Configuration Manager - Service Management & Integration Team (f/m/d)
Our Service Management & Integration Team is looking for you!
**Your responsibilities**
* Being the process lead for the configuration management process and responsible for the federated configuration management database (CMDB) across whole Uniper including contracted 3rd parties for identification, classification and specification of all configuration items (CIs) and the interfaces to other processes and data. Ensuring that the responsible areas within the various Lines of Businesses (LoBs) store CI information in the CMDB, and in collaboration with CI Owners to make sure that all information related to CI including service relationships, versions, changes in CIs is correct and up-to-date.
* Configuration Data Ownership Management: Oversee and manage delegated data ownership to ensure clear accountability and responsibility for all configuration data assets within the organization.
* Governance of Digital Product Data: Implement and maintain robust governance frameworks to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of digital product data.
* Data Modelling: Co-develop and maintain comprehensive data models that support strategic objectives and align with business needs and platform architecture guidelines and governance.
* Adherence to CSDM: Ensure all configuration data management activities conform to the evolving Common Service Data Model (CSDM) guidelines and standards set by ServiceNow.
* Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders across various departments to understand data requirements, provide insights, and support data-driven decision-making.
* Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements in configuration data management practices and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
* Training and Support: Provide training and support to team members and stakeholders on configuration data governance policies, procedures, and best practices.
* Manage the SIAM CMDB team (MSI) in the execution of all Configuration Management processes it is involved in and to address any cross-provider data discrepancies.
**Your profile**
* Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Management, or a related field.
* Experience: Proven experience in configuration management, data governance, and data modelling, preferably within a service management framework.
* Knowledge of CSDM: In-depth understanding of the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) of ServiceNow and its application in data management.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in using ServiceNow or similar platforms for data management and governance.
* Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
* Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
* Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail and accuracy in managing data assets.
* Certification: Relevant certifications in ServiceNow, data management, or IT service management are a plus.
