Anforderungen
- •At least 7 years of relevant experience in compliance
- •Strong knowledge and practical experience in financial crime prevention, particularly German and European regulations
- •Proven leadership experience
- •Professional-level German and excellent English, both spoken and written
- •Strong analytical skills and structured, independent working style
- •Experience in banking or fintech
- •Legal degree or similar qualification
- •Practical understanding of business operations and risk
- •Familiarity with frameworks such as design thinking and project management

Deine Aufgaben
- •Lead and develop the German Compliance team
- •Shape and oversee compliance processes
- •Own the strategic and operational direction of the compliance monitoring program
- •Represent iwoca in German and Luxembourg regulatory forums
- •Serve as the RC Function for the Luxembourg entity
- •Ensure compliance with AML/CTF and Financial Crime requirements
- •Evolve internal policies continuously
- •Monitor legal and regulatory changes
- •Share relevant compliance insights
- •Conduct regular risk assessments for compliance and AML/CTF
- •Adjust policies as products and markets evolve
- •Promote a culture of continuous improvement in compliance
