Anforderungen

•Minimum 5 years of experience in compliance or similar position
•Minimum 2 years of experience as team leader
•Bachelor or Master Degree, preferably in Laws or Economics
•CAS in Compliance in Financial Services or Certificate in collective investment schemes
•Excellent knowledge in Swiss banking and financial laws
•Knowledge in anti-money laundering regulations
•Leadership and strong interest in training and coaching
•Proactivity and ability to prioritize and manage high workload
•Analytical and methodological approach
•Interest and expertise in crypto-asset compliance an advantage
•Excellent command of English and French

•Lead and support the Corporate Onboarding team
•Foster a positive work atmosphere for team members
•Promote collaboration and trust among team members
•Address conflicts with senior management or HR Partner
•Support employee growth through training and mentorship
•Lead the recruitment process with the Talent Acquisition Partner
•Ensure new hires are properly introduced to the team and organization
•Set performance expectations and provide feedback
•Conduct performance reviews and address performance issues
•Manage underperformance processes with senior management and HR Partner
•Ensure the team's mission and service levels are met
•Apply the Bank's internal regulations in AML and tax compliance
•Provide expertise in various corporate structures
•Support the front line in resolving compliance issues
•Manage key regulatory projects in AML
•Update policies and procedures based on regulatory changes
•Train and coach the team and front line staff
