Anforderungen
- •4+ years experience in compliance and data protection
- •Experience in internal audits or corporate investigations
- •Understanding of whistleblower protection legal frameworks
- •Grasp of EU Whistleblowing Directive and AML Package
- •Knowledge of international anti-corruption standards
- •Relevant compliance or privacy certifications
- •Fluency in English and Spanish or German
- •Ability to explain compliance to non-legal stakeholders
- •Proactive, self-motivated, and high integrity

- •Maintain accurate data mapping for corporate functions
- •Translate complex legal rules into actionable guidance
