- •Implement strategic direction of the P&C Reward and Recognition chapter

- •Lead continuous improvement projects for employee motivation
- •Develop programs that value and motivate employees
- •Drive innovative compensation solutions compliant with regulations
- •Provide expert guidance on complex compensation topics
- •Support communication of rewards programs as part of Employee Value proposition
- •Upskill and educate People Leaders on reward topics
- •Contribute to the strategic vision of the compensation function
