Anforderungen
- •Current work authorization for Germany and country-specific permits
- •High skill in financial governance frameworks, fiduciary processes, statutory reporting, and data-driven analysis
- •3+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Audit, or Fiduciary/Statutory Reporting
- •Strong proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel capabilities
- •Depth knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards
- •Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus
- •Ease of communication in English and German

- •Develop and maintain fiduciary and governance dashboards
- •Ensure robust internal controls and compliance with corporate standards
- •Support financial reporting, planning, budgeting, and forecasting
- •Deliver accurate and timely insights for decision-making
- •Validate financial data and statutory submissions
- •Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with local reporting requirements
- •Collaborate with GBS Finance teams to define fiduciary obligations
- •Secure delivery of statutory reporting activities
- •Coordinate with external auditors by providing required data and documentation
- •Support audit-related inquiries
- •Serve as primary liaison with tax authorities
- •Manage communications and coordinate data collection
- •Monitor changes in local tax legislation
- •Prepare statutory GAAP reports in alignment with company policies and legal timelines
