- •Excellent communication skills in English
- •Deep understanding of online gaming communities, player behaviours, and gaming culture
- •Proven ability to lead teams and influence across departments
- •Familiarity with community/social tools and platforms (Discord, Reddit, Twitch, YouTube, Steam)

- •Define and own the community strategy across multiple games and platforms

- •Provide regular reports to senior leadership with actionable insights
- •Collaborate with development, liveops, marketing, and PR teams
- •Oversee creation of high-impact community content
- •Approve major communication assets
- •Lead major community events and coordinate with press/PR teams
- •Define, track, and optimize community KPIs
- •Evolve player communities for the full game portfolio
- •Facilitate meaningful two-way communication between players and the company
- •Ensure community messaging aligns with brand values
- •Drive content and event programming for community health and retention
- •Monitor and analyze community health and key metrics
- •Support marketing, PR, and development teams on community strategy
