**Main tasks**
* Develop and execute communication strategies to enhance Hyundai Motorsport’s visibility across all platforms.
* Manage media relations, including press releases, interviews, and media events, ensuring strong engagement with journalists and stakeholders.
* Oversee social media channels, creating and implementing content strategies tailored for motorsport audiences.
* Lead the PR team in executing integrated marketing and communication campaigns.
* Develop and implement a crisis communication plan, ensuring Hyundai Motorsport is prepared for any PR challenges.
* Manage relationships with external agencies and suppliers, ensuring high-quality PR and marketing services.
* Plan and oversee PR budgets, ensuring cost-effective strategies while maximizing exposure.
* Coordinate internal and external communications, acting as the key interface between teams, sponsors, media, and governing bodies.
* Provide on-site event support at races, media launches, and promotional events to facilitate media interactions and brand representation.
* Monitor and analyze communication effectiveness, providing reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.
**Qualifications**
* 10+ years of experience in PR and communications in an international business environment.
* Strong background in automotive and/or motorsport communications.
* Proven experience managing global media relations, including press releases, media briefings, and interviews.
* Experience in crisis communication management and handling high-pressure situations.
* Hands-on experience with social media strategy and content creation for motorsport brands.
* Demonstrated leadership experience, including managing teams and external agencies.
* Track record of delivering successful PR campaigns and maximizing brand visibility.
* Strong analytical mindset with financial acumen.
