## Essential Functions
* Develop and oversee implementation of a strategic territory plan to align partners and account team on territory growth strategy
* Develop, manage, and grow a pipeline of sales opportunities with Business Partners and Distributors to drive sales revenue
* Close Cooperation with NetApp and Business Partner resources to create brand awareness, deliver NetApp vision and generate demand in assigned territory
* Actively engage with existing and potential customers from the commercial segment (medium-sized businesses) within a designated sales area, focusing on customer service and new customer acquisition
* Identify potential clients, schedule appointments, conduct effective qualifying sales calls / sales meetings, and manage the sales cycle to successfully close new business.
* Responsible for sales forecasting accuracy, linearity and operational hygiene to achieve business management excellence
* Provide sales support within the partner community to improve communication, collaboration, and accountability specific to pipeline generation and closing opportunities within the assigned territory
* Lead the development and implementation of the strategic Go-to-Market plan for assigned territory ensuring that both internal and external resources are actively engaged & contributing
## Job Requirements
* Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or similar is preferred
* The completion of a commercial apprenticeship and/or professional experience in internal sales
* Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
* Must speak speak Native French (C2 level) and Fluent German and English (C1-C2 level)
* Proficient in MS Office (Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience in using a CRM too
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, presentation skills, customer service, organizational and negotiation skills
