Anforderungen
- •Degree in Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Law, Business Law, or comparable qualification
- •Several years of professional experience in claim management, ideally in renewable energy, large-scale construction, EPC contracting, or infrastructure projects
- •Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills in both English and German
- •Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented approach with the ability to perform under pressure
- •Hands-on mentality with confidence and motivation to build new processes in a rapidly growing organization

Deine Aufgaben
- •Manage all commercial aspects of international PV projects
- •Monitor project budgets and forecast accuracy
- •Track cash flow and overall financial performance
- •Prepare regular project reports
- •Ensure transparent communication with global Finance teams
- •Identify and assess commercial and financial risks
- •Mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle
- •Prepare and evaluate change orders and variations
- •Negotiate claims in coordination with the Claim Management team
- •Ensure compliance with contractual terms and corporate guidelines
- •Collaborate with Project Management, Finance, Legal, and SCM
- •Support internal audits and financial reviews
- •Assist in project close-out activities
- •Contribute to the improvement of commercial processes and tools
- •Enhance reporting standards
