# Commercial Marketing Director (m/f/d)
**Hamburg**
**About the role**
As the Commercial Marketing Director for Business Group Wide Bandgap, IGBT & Modules, you will drive and own the customer pricing, customer negotiations and customer capacity allocation – sales.
**What you will do**
* Drive the performance and perspective development of a global team of commercial marketing managers
* Prepare allocation and pricing scenarios
* Set pricing and allocation strategies together with the Product Group managers
* Execute defined pricing and allocation strategies
* Coordinate allocation management efforts and act as internal and external escalation point for allocation decisions
* Coordinate various internal operational processes, e.g. distributor price book management
* Margin and revenue ownership for BG WIM, execution against Rolling Financial Forecast (RFF)
* Collaborate across the company with peers in other business groups, sales and marketing organisation and corporate pricing board
* Stakeholders: Product Group managers, Global Sales organisation, Regional BG champions, Global Supply Chain team, BG Finance, BG General Manager, corporate pricing committee, other BG Commercial Marketing leads
* Key metrics: margin, revenue and customer satisfaction
**What you will need**
* Master's degree in business administration or other management related studies
* Minimum 8+ year’s experience in commercial marketing or pricing related roles
* Experience of semiconductors / electronic component businesses preferred but not essential if able to learn rapidly
* Agile, fast thinking and thorough; high attention to detail
* Commercially & financially savvy
* Ability to grasp cost drivers and challenge Product Management, R&D, Finance and Operations as appropriate
* Ability to communicate proposals & decisions clearly and concisely to stakeholders, Sales and customers
* Ability to take decisions and defend these with sound reasoning; ability to say „no“ as required
* Well developed Excel skills (pivot tables and manipulation of large data sets), including ability to create/select appropriate visualizations
