- •Deliver content and support workshops in training classes
- •Collaborate with Field Sales, Clinical/Product Education, and Marketing teams
- •Become a Subject Matter Expert on da Vinci® Surgical System management
- •Achieve expert-level certification for da Vinci® Surgical Systems and accessories
- •Educate commercial employees to train and support da Vinci® customers
- •Become a Subject Matter Expert in general, colorectal, gynecologic, thoracic, and urology surgeries
- •Obtain expert-level certification in da Vinci® surgical procedure lectures
- •Educate commercial employees on clinical procedures for sales training
- •Manage technical and clinical segments of new hire training programs
- •Execute existing clinical and technical training programs for current employees
- •Administer online testing and post-training evaluations
- •Build training program agendas with mentor or manager support
- •Follow Standard Operating Procedures and training processes
