•Lead the monthly performance management cycle and drive performance reviews with the commercial management team
•Oversee the financial planning process, including budgeting and forecasting, to set ambitious yet realistic targets
•Provide actionable financial insights and data to support informed business decisions
•Assist commercial teams with business cases for new initiatives and track their impact
•Identify risks and opportunities in the business and support mitigation or realization efforts
•Build strong cross-functional relationships with group functions and local operations for alignment
•Support the professionalization and development of the finance function
