Anforderungen
- •University degree or equivalent qualification in data analytics, business or finance
- •10+ years of experience in Commercial Excellence, commercial leadership, or management consulting
- •Deep familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce or equivalent) and commercial reporting tools (Power BI or similar)
- •Fluency in English, knowledge in German and Spanish or Catalan is an advantage
- •Experience leveraging AI-enabled tools for reporting automation, forecasting, and planning support
- •High proficiency in structuring executive-level discussions and decision forums
- •Credible, confident presence with senior commercial leaders
- •Strong business judgment and bias toward practical execution
- •Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building systems from the ground up
- •Collaborative mindset with a clear point of view
- •Commitment to raising standards and building scalable capabilities

- •Partner with regional General Managers as a coach and advisor
- •Design and implement standardized commercial operating models
- •Continuously improve planning rhythms, dashboards, and performance management processes
- •Facilitate commercial planning sessions using global templates
- •Coach leadership teams on execution discipline and forecasting accuracy
- •Manage pipeline and support commercial decision-making
- •Ensure adoption of global dashboards and KPIs with limited local customization
- •Diagnose performance gaps through data-driven analysis
- •Recommend corrective actions based on analysis
- •Utilize structured problem-solving to enhance commercial effectiveness
- •Represent regional interests in the global Commercial Excellence Hub
- •Share best practices and lessons learned with the global team
- •Escalate risks and performance issues to the Chief Commercial Officer
- •Support the development of global Commercial Excellence capabilities
