As part of this program, we are currently looking for **two commercial candidates (f/m/d)** with a strong **finance focus** to join our international team at Siemens AG Austria.

**You’ll win us over by:**
* Holding a Master’s, Doctoral degree, or equivalent, combined with substantial practical experience (e.g. internships, working student roles) in a commercial or finance-related field, such as:
* Finance, Controlling, Accounting, Business Informatics, or similar disciplines
* Gaining at least 4 months of international experience through studying, working, or volunteering abroad
* Demonstrating adaptability, mobility, and a proactive mindset throughout the program duration
* Bringing strong analytical skills, self-organization, and an entrepreneurial spirit – eager to innovate, drive change, take ownership, follow through, and work independently while staying organized
* Showing solid business acumen – thinking strategically and understanding economic dynamics
* Communicating effectively and showing a strong interest in operational business and cross-cultural collaboration
* Being fluent in English and German (minimum B2)
* Interest in working across Central & Eastern Europe
**Our Offer:**
The gross annual salary for this position is EUR 57.773,54, in accordance with the collective agreement.
