##### Why we need you
We're looking for a Commercial Account Manager (m/f/d) to support our long-tail customer base through a digital-led, tech-touch engagement model across both pre-sales and post-sales phases.
In this role, you'll be the escalation point for customers who fall between self-service and enterprise tiers—those who need more than a webshop but don’t require full enterprise support. You’ll manage high-value transactions for long-tail accounts, such as government buyers with multi-year needs or customers requiring demos, quotes, or tailored guidance.
You’ll proactively identify expansion opportunities using product usage data, email campaigns, and automation—blending customer success, commercial sales, and product advocacy. This is the perfect role for someone who enjoys scaling impact without relying solely on 1:1 engagement.
##### What to expect
**Pre-Sales Commercial Support**
* Drive small-medium sized leads needing more than webshop support e.g., with product questions, PO/quote handling, multi-year pricing, contract negotiation
* Provide light-touch discovery and product walkthroughs for small but high-value leads
* Ensure smooth handovers to order manager and help remove friction from the buying process
* Work with channel partners to streamline commercial processes, discounts and enable them to operate in a self-service way
**Post-Sales Expansion Support**
* Identify and nurture high-potential existing accounts using product usage data, customer budget available and their usage needs.
* Engage customers through digital channels (email campaigns, short demos, digital QBRs, webinars) with a focus on expansion
* Qualify and route strategic expansion leads to Enterprise Sales/AM teams when needed
* Run regular check-ins with key channel partners to review pipeline, deal blockers, and performance
**Cross-Functional Collaboration**
* Work closely with Finance/Order management, Business system and Operations to ensure opportunities are accurately tracked in Salesforce.
* Provide feedback to marketing and sales teams on process gaps, campaign alignment.
* Collaborate with Enablement teams to feed customer insights into training content and campaigns
##### Your profile in short
* **2-4 years of experience** in Customer Success, Account Management, Channel Partner Management or Growth roles in a **B2B SaaS** company
* Proven ability to manage customers at scale using automation, segmentation, and usage data
* A growth mindset: you’re always looking for expansion, adoption, and upsell opportunities
* Comfort with CRM tools (Salesforce, Freshworks a plus)
* Experience of running email campaigns and webinars to showcase upcoming product offerings and driving expansions
* Strong written and verbal communication skills – able to drive engagement through compelling messaging
* Familiarity with SaaS metrics like NRR, churn, expansion, product stickiness, etc.
* Preferred Language Skills: English and optional one other EU language -e.g. French, Dutch
