  • Serve as the main account lead for large named accounts
  • Understand clients' business and IT challenges
  • Drive value for clients while maximizing revenue
  • Build growth opportunities through account planning
  • Manage the account planning process with scheduled reviews
  • Collaborate with external partners to deliver solution sales
  • Spend significant time directly with customers
