Anforderungen
- •Significant experience in backend engineering and system architecture
- •Exposure in technical leadership roles
- •Experience shipping complex distributed systems
- •Deep understanding of OAuth/OIDC, identity flows, API keys, tokens, scopes
- •Knowledge of RBAC/ABAC or fine-grained access systems
- •Familiarity with Zero Trust principles and integration security
- •Experience with AI/LLM systems or ability to learn fast
- •Strong security mindset and understanding of modern attack surfaces
- •Experience integrating with SaaS APIs
- •Ability to move fast and operate independently
- •Experience with Terraform and cloud deployments
- •Prior startup experience and strong founder mentality
- •Experience with agent orchestration or sandboxing
- •Experience with event-driven or streaming systems (Kafka, Pub/Sub)
- •Knowledge of policy engines
- •Experience with token analysis or credential hygiene
- •Familiarity with cloud IAM (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- •Experience with risk scoring or anomaly detection
- •Understanding of graph databases or unified identity graphs
- •Prior cybersecurity or identity experience
- •Product leadership or prior founder experience

Deine Aufgaben
- •Own the full technical architecture for identity and AI agent systems
- •Design and implement identity models and permission graphs
- •Develop token lifecycle and SaaS risk flows
- •Build the agent identity model and sandboxing framework
- •Create trust scoring and behavior engine
- •Write production-grade backend code for 4–6 hours daily
- •Lead engineering execution for roadmap planning and sprints
- •Build core services including connectors and policy engine
- •Develop risk engine and real-time enforcement mechanisms
- •Collaborate with the CEO on system design and technical strategy
- •Support enterprise customers with technical deep dives and PoCs
- •Maintain high standards of security and reliability
- •Define long-term technology strategy and data infrastructure
- •Hire and lead an in-house engineering team
- •Manage data privacy and secure storage frameworks
- •Contribute to building Europe's most advanced cybersecurity platform
