CNC router / precision mechanic(m/w/x)

In this role, you will engage in a variety of tasks, including interpreting technical drawings, setting up milling machines, and creating CNC programs. Your creativity will shine as you design tools and fixtures while collaborating closely with the design team to ensure efficient manufacturing processes.

Anforderungen

• •Accurate and independent reading and interpretation of technical drawings
• •Efficient setup and configuration of 3-axis milling machines with Siemens One or comparable controls
• •Independent creation, optimization, and commissioning of CNC programs directly on the machine
• •Professional preparation and selection of various materials for the manufacturing process
• •Creative and solution-oriented design of fixtures and tools in close coordination with the design department
• •Completed vocational training in the metalworking field, e.g., as a precision mechanic, industrial mechanic, or comparable qualification
• •Several years of professional experience in CNC machining, ideally in individual part production
• •Solid knowledge of reading and interpreting technical drawings
• •Experience in setting up and operating 3-axis milling machines (Siemens One or comparable controls)
• •Confident use of CAM software and basic knowledge of CNC programming
• •Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
• •Ability to work in a team and willingness to collaborate with design and other departments
• •Fluent in written and spoken German
• •High sense of responsibility and careful handling of machines, tools, and company inventory
