- •3+ years of experience with JumpCloud or modern IAM platforms
- •Strong practical experience operating MDM at scale
- •Solid background in security engineering, cloud infrastructure, or platform-focused IT
- •Comfortable designing solutions in cloud-only, SaaS-heavy environments
- •Thrive in high-ownership roles and enjoy building scalable systems

- •Architect and optimize JumpCloud as the core IAM platform
- •Build and maintain scalable SSO and access models
- •Secure and manage endpoints across macOS, Windows 11, iOS, and Android
- •Enforce strong security baselines for endpoint management
- •Drive identity and endpoint security standards, including encryption and compliance
- •Collaborate with Security, Compliance, and Engineering teams for audits and regulatory support
