Anforderungen
- •Current registration or other clinical qualification
- •Degree level nursing qualification or equivalent academic provision
- •Professional instructors/education qualification
- •Minimum of 2 years experience in Cardiology Interventional Nursing or proven experience in the sector
- •Experience in PCI, CTO cases, and Structural procedures
- •Skills and competencies in cardiac catheter laboratory and Vascular or Interventional Radiology nursing
- •Proven experience of education and teaching using simulation and workshop approaches
- •Experience of developing and delivering teaching presentations to healthcare professionals
- •Strong written and verbal communication skills
- •Strong time-management and organizational skills
- •Established track record of building and maintaining relationships with customers
- •Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- •Austrian native speaker and fluent in English and French
- •Knowledge of a second European language considered a plus
- •Positive values
- •Clinical proficiency in area of clinical training
- •Driving license

- •Assist with education programs for healthcare professionals
- •Collaborate with key physicians and health providers
- •Facilitate legal compliance for HCP interactions
- •Provide clinical support and procedural education
- •Support live cases, proctorships, and scientific meetings
- •Engage with societies to exchange scientific information
- •Identify and deliver training programs for customers
- •Troubleshoot medical device applications in clinical settings
- •Represent Teleflex with professionalism and ethics
- •Identify and prioritize process improvement opportunities
- •Ensure a fair and engaging work environment
- •Measure performance based on procedural education delivery
- •Educate healthcare professionals on Teleflex Interventional products
- •Support commercial and marketing teams with clinical updates
- •Conduct clinical procedural training for customers
- •Facilitate clinical workshops and live cases
- •Support pre-congress workshops and education programs
- •Develop educational activities compliant with regulations
- •Monitor and track product deployment plans
- •Maintain training records for CMA leadership
- •Assist with educational grant processes and research submissions
- •Provide clinical support to the commercial team
- •Develop relationships with Key Opinion Leaders
- •Conduct clinical product training for sales and marketing teams
- •Facilitate training requests for approved education courses
- •Perform field clinical troubleshooting with clinicians
- •Build long-term customer relationships through clinical interactions
- •Communicate effectively across CMA, Marketing, and Sales teams
- •Maintain clinical credibility in Interventional cardiology
- •Complete other assigned duties as required
