•8+ years of experience in medical device product development
•5+ years of experience in ultrasound
•Experience leading technical or clinical teams
•Deep expertise in cardiology clinical workflows
•Expertise in diagnostic imaging
•Expertise in patient pathway management
•Strong experience collaborating with clinical partners
•Ability to translate clinical needs into business value
•Knowledge of data privacy laws
•Knowledge of data de-identification
•Knowledge of regulated environments (FDA QSR, ISO 13485)
•Master’s degree in engineering, biomedical sciences, or related field
•Bachelor’s degree with significant experience considered
•Strong communication skills
•Ability to influence and collaborate in a complex matrix environment
•Fluency in German and English
