Anforderungen
- •Degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or equivalent
- •Minimum 4 years of R and R Shiny programming experience in Clinical/Pharmaceutical domain
- •Experience in custom R Shiny application development using structured frameworks such as golem
- •Proven proficiency in R visualization and reporting packages, such as shiny, R Markdown
- •Solid data wrangling skills in R using packages such as dplyr, lubridate
- •Experience working with diverse data sources, including relational databases, Excel files, and SAS datasets
- •Practical experience in developing and maintaining R packages
- •Familiarity with version control workflows, including Git
- •Full professional proficiency in English
- •Strong analytical and logical thinking
- •Communication and collaboration skills
- •Experience in data engineering including relational databases, data warehousing, data modeling
- •Experience in R Shiny frontend customization using CSS and JavaScript
- •Object-oriented programming for R R6
- •Azure Services: DevOps, Synapse
- •Atlassian Products: Jira, Confluence
- •Experience with CluePoints RBM system
- •Knowledge of statistical methods and techniques for analyzing data
- •Experience using Machine Learning techniques and products testing and validation

- •Develop and program Key Risk Indicators and Quality Tolerance Limits
- •Create Tables, Figures, and Listings for trial oversight
- •Program and maintain interactive dashboards using R and R Shiny
- •Visualize clinical trial data for medical review and risk assessment
- •Manage and transform complex datasets from multiple sources
- •Integrate datasets into the PSI data platform for analysis
- •Advise on new tools and methodologies for clinical trial analytics
- •Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and quality expectations
- •Collaborate with teams to identify study-level challenges
