•Master’s degree in Climate Change, Environmental Management, or related field
•7+ years of professional experience in climate resilience, adaptation programming, and grant acquisition
•Technical knowledge in climate risk assessments
•Technical knowledge in climate-smart agriculture and nature-based solutions
•Technical knowledge in proposal design for climate finance (Adaptation Fund, bilateral donors, etc.)

•Develop technical designs for climate-related project proposals
•Engage with donor focal points to enhance the organization's credibility in climate action

•Represent the organization in national climate dialogues and adaptation networks
•Facilitate learning exchanges between implementation and business development teams
•Provide technical support throughout the entire project cycle
•Contribute to the Community of Practice to enhance internal expertise and program quality
