- •Ensure proper staffing for engagements using global Celonis resources
- •Mentor customers on organization design and Centers of Excellence
- •Provide guidance and support to team members

- •Establish the Celonis program roadmap with senior stakeholders
- •Resolve customer escalations by coordinating internal teams
- •Align Celonis delivery with customer strategy and targets
