Client Success Data & Reporting Expert(m/w/x)

## Job Description * **Strategic Design & Ownership:** You'll take full ownership of the data collection, preparation, and analysis within Client Success. This includes the definition of KPIs and the way they are tracked. * **Process Management for Data Management:** You'll design and implement processes and requirements from scratch, proactively identifying areas for optimisation. * **Reporting & Insights:** You'll be responsible for developing and maintaining our reporting landscape using dashboards and reports. This includes creating volume forecasts, analysing key performance indicators (KPIs), and strategically preparing these insights for management and other departments. * **Mentoring & Leadership:** You will act as a mentor and role model for more junior colleagues, supporting them in solving complex problems. You will actively share your knowledge and make a significant contribution to the team's development. * **Proactive Problem-Solving:** You will be the central point of contact for all data-related queries, providing support for data exports and integration into other tools. You'll be able to translate complex issues into simple, understandable concepts. * **Quality Assurance & Process Optimisation:** You will ensure data quality and continuously challenge existing processes.
