Anforderungen
- •Recognized professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) or degree
- •At least 5 years of accounting experience
- •2-3 years of supervisory experience preferred
- •Relevant experience in accountancy, financial control or audit
- •Good knowledge of financial regulatory environment (IFRS and Swiss GAAP)
- •Understanding of financial regulation, treasury products, FX and interest rate risk
- •Proven ability in building and maintaining relationships with clients
- •Dynamic communication skills and ability to build compelling arguments
- •Excellent communication skills with fluency in English
- •German language skills advantageous

- •Prepare management and statutory accounts
- •Analyze and mitigate operational risk and compliance issues
- •Provide effective solutions for treasury and taxation matters
- •Counsel clients on financial services regulatory impacts
- •Build and maintain client relationships
- •Assist in managing a large portfolio of international clients
- •Monitor and reconcile cash flows related to client activities
- •Liaise with auditors, legal, and tax advisors
- •Prepare and present reports at Board Meetings
- •Adhere to Internal Audit control procedures
- •Manage and develop junior and peer team members
