- •Support CRM administrative activities
- •Manage overdrafts and maturity products
- •Handle fiduciary renewals
- •Administer account opening and closing processes
- •Execute transactions and follow up on investments
- •Address client queries independently
- •Prepare for client visits and business trips
- •Manage pre- and post-processing of customer visits
- •Maintain customer administration and data
- •Provide administrative support to client advisors
- •Handle general correspondence
- •Execute orders and control customer payments
- •Renew and apply for credit lines, loans, guarantees, and credit cards
- •Conduct commercial follow-ups and special campaigns
