Anforderungen

  • Fluency in English and German
  • Basic knowledge of French
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively individually and in a team

  • Degree or equivalent in Art or Luxury-related field

Deine Aufgaben

  • Organize pipeline management meetings with the GFA team
  • Support client requests related to property management
  • Coordinate and execute the pre-sale targeting strategy
  • Track and maintain pre-sale target lists and consignment lists
  • Monitor the consignment process before and after sales
  • Maintain communication with various departments for smooth operations
  • Demonstrate understanding of auction processes and Private Sales
  • Assist Specialists during client visits and valuations
  • Maintain and update accurate client lists for engagement
  • Assist with setting up the gallery for exhibitions and events
  • Help organize events in the gallery and off-site as needed
  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients visiting the gallery
  • Create a welcoming environment as a Brand Ambassador
  • Enhance the in-person experience across front-of-house spaces
  • Answer and direct incoming and outgoing communications
  • Assist clients with inquiries using knowledge of sales and events
  • Manage administrative procedures for consignments
  • Set up new client accounts and coordinate contract generation
  • Ensure timely opening and closing of the gallery
  • Coordinate with departments to meet client needs
  • Maintain accurate records of ongoing consignments
  • Ensure the gallery is well presented at all times
  • Follow front-of-house attire standards during working hours
  • Post and park invoices using Concur
  • Support general office management tasks for the Head of Offices
  • Assist with shipping and logistics as needed
