Anforderungen

•5+ years of experience in CLM, KYC, Financial Crime, Middle Office, or similar roles
•Strong understanding of Swiss and international regulatory requirements and documentation standards
•Ability to assess complex client structures, including offshore entities, trusts, and multi-layered corporate setups
•High attention to detail and analytical mindset
•Fluency in English; Arabic and/or French strongly advantageous
•Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder-management skills
•Experience with Avaloq is an advantage

•Conduct event-driven KYC processes ensuring compliance
•Review KYC files and identify documentation gaps
•Support Front Office with requirements and assessments
•Maintain accurate client data across systems
•Interpret and apply relevant regulatory frameworks
•Identify and escalate financial crime risks or unusual activities
•Collaborate with Relationship Managers, Compliance, and Legal
•Provide expertise on complex client structures
•Contribute to process improvements and quality control
•Support training for junior CLM/KYC colleagues
