  • •Achieve CRM targets through active engagement
  • •Implement personalized reach-out campaigns using clienteling tools
  • •Capture client data and note qualitative information
  • •Know your portfolio of customers and their classifications
  • •Work consistently to meet sales, KPIs, and CRM targets
  • •Discover clients' needs and guide them across all brand categories
  • •Curate looks based on current fashion and seasonal trends
  • •Develop strong product and fit knowledge through training
  • •Prepare for client appointments by researching preferences and organizing merchandise
  • •Stay informed about new arrivals, seasonal trends, and store events
  • •Assist with all sales and after-sales activities
  • •Ensure product maintenance and replenish stock on the floor
  • •Know warehouse stock to maximize sales opportunities
  • •Collaborate with the team to maintain store operations and presentation standards
  • •Liaise with the Visual team to follow display guidelines and report relevant information
