Anforderungen
- •Master’s degree in civil engineering
- •6+ years’ international infrastructure experience
- •Experience in design or contractor roles
- •Industry knowledge and EPC project management
- •Technical expertise in civil works
- •Knowledge of logistics and Coldstore (plus)
- •Independent use of AutoCAD
- •Solid project management skills
- •Base knowledge in Contract Management
- •Strong teamwork and collaborative approach
- •Good communication and negotiation skills
- •Organized and detail-oriented
- •Proficiency in written and spoken English
- •Availability for frequent travel
- •Additional French or Spanish (plus)
- •EU citizenship or Swiss work permit

- •Support civil infrastructure project management
- •Lead feasibility studies and design coordination
- •Review and validate infrastructure maintenance costs
- •Monitor implementation of local capex projects
- •Manage consultants for design and permitting
- •Define project scope, budgets, and timelines
- •Execute procurement strategies and tender processes
- •Establish and oversee project management teams
- •Monitor construction progress, quality, and safety
- •Administer contracts through to final handover
- •Conduct technical due diligence for acquisitions
- •Evaluate investment opportunities with business development
- •Estimate refurbishment and expansion capital expenditures
- •Collaborate with legal and specialist engineering teams
