We are looking for a professional with a strong background in managing industrial civil projects. You should be passionate about cost optimizing of civil solutions and capable of managing suppliers during engineering and execution phases. Your wealthy experience and coordination skills will play a crucial role in the success of our projects.
**Your tasks**
* Develop the civil solutions according to the project requirement and estimate costs during the sales phase.
* Clarify, discuss and present the technical solution towards the team and the customer across all project stages
* Create request for quotations (RFQs) for civil related packages, find the right civil contractor partners and negotiate the contracts together with procurement.
* Manage civil design solutions over the total project lifetime
* Align modifications with the internal experts and external partners and suppliers
* Inspect executed civil works and being responsible for the change management
**Your Profile**
* Degree in civil engineering
* Experience in civil project management (Knowledge about technical building equipment like HVAC, fire protecting systems, lighting…. is a plus.)
* Ability to consult with customers and notified bodies about technical design requirements is expected
* Experience to supervise the construction
* Strong communication, analytical and planning skills
* Solution/team/customer oriented with the confidence to act pro-actively
* Ability to communicate, cooperate and interact comfortably across cultures.
* Future oriented thinking and interest in continuous development
* Ability to work well within a team and foster collaboration.

Depending on qualifications and professional experience we offer you a market-based salary.
