**Summary**
For the "Property Management" department within the Facility Management division, we are seeking a "Civil Engineer or Architect in the Construction Department / Facility Management (f/m/d)" at our Ulm location as soon as possible.
Our "Property Management" department is responsible for all construction-related matters relating to the owner's or user's properties. We specialize not only in new construction and renovation projects; we also specialize in renovation and maintenance measures for HENSOLDT properties, as well as user-specific requests. You will be based at the HENSOLDT Sensors site in Ulm, where you will be responsible for supporting our national and international locations.
**Your Tasks**
* Control of costs, deadlines, and quality within the project, as well as ensuring project objectives are met
* Project initiation "kick-off" with all stakeholders
* Close collaboration with internal interfaces (such as building services, facility management, health and safety, and safety), as well as organizational management of the construction projects, from defining objectives and coordinating with the user/tenant to completion.
* Fundamental analysis, preparation of rough cost estimates and schedules, through to tendering and awarding
* Sustainable and independent project implementation and construction management
* Development of decision-making documents and presentations for management
Willingness to travel occasionally is required.
**Your Profile**
* Completed studies as a civil engineer/project manager (construction) or architect or comparable
* Several years of experience in project management/construction management of new construction projects, such as industrial buildings, as well as renovation projects and building on existing structures
* Expert knowledge of procurement, planning, and contract law (HOAI, VOB, fire protection, and LBO)
* Teamwork skills and a hands-on mentality, as well as an independent, quality- and solution-oriented approach
* Strong service and customer focus with our internal and external interfaces, underscored by convincing communication skills and assertiveness
* Professional use of MS Office and MS Project
* Class B driver's license
* Fluent German and English skills
