The CIO office is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented IT Coordinator to join our team. In this key role, you will support the day-to-day operations of the CIO Office through coordination, administrative assistance, and financial and contract management. You will also contribute to internal communications and event planning efforts. The ideal candidate will be very pro-active, bring a solid understanding of IT processes, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.

## What will you be doing as our CIO Office – IT Coordinator
**CIO Office Coordination & Administrative Support**
* Serve as the central point of contact for the CIO Office, meetings, and communications.
* Coordinate CIO team activities, including scheduling leadership meetings, preparing agendas, and tracking action items.
* Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
* Support CIO-led initiatives, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
* Facilitate internal communications between IT teams, vendors, and business units.
* Assist with travel arrangements, and office logistics.
**IT Contract Management and Project Coordination**
* Assist in the review, processing, and tracking of IT contracts, renewals, and agreements.
* Maintain a centralized database of contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and expiration monitoring.
* Collaborate with procurement and legal teams as needed on IT contracts and non-disclosure agreements.
* Work closely alongside the IT PMO to assist in reporting on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) on a scheduled basis.
* Assist in project coordination activities when needed.
**Budget Management**
* Track and manage the CIO Office’s budget, ensuring alignment with financial targets.
* Process purchase orders (POs), invoices, and vendor payments, ensuring accuracy and timely approvals.
## Who are you?
**Required:**
* Commercial apprenticeship (KV) and relevant work experience, or a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
* Minimum 5 years of experience in administrative coordination, financial support, or office management in a corporate IT environment.
* Project coordination experience, including tracking budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
* Experience in IT contract management, vendor coordination, and procurement processes.
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication and outgoing interpersonal skills to effectively interact with executives, vendors, and internal teams.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with financial tracking tools.
* Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, for financial processing.
* Understanding of IT operations and terminology to facilitate communication between teams.
