## Chief Sales Officer (m/w/x)
**Your tasks:**
* Overall strategic and operational responsibility for national and international sales in the area of confectionery and bar production lines
* Technical and disciplinary management of the sales team (incl. target agreements, employee development and coaching)
* Development and implementation of a sales strategy to achieve the company's targets
* Responsibility for market development, the customer portfolio and sales growth
* Supporting key customers and actively acquiring new customers
* Coordination of proposal preparation, pricing and contract negotiations
* Close cooperation with the engineering, product management and marketing departments
* Conducting and managing market, customer and competitor analyses
* Representing the company at international trade fairs, symposia and customer events
## Anforderungen
**Your profile:**
* Completed technical studies (mechanical engineering, process engineering or similar) with a strong commercial focus or business studies with a technical focus
* Several years of management experience in international technical sales, ideally in mechanical or plant engineering
* Experience in the confectionery or food industry is an advantage
* Strong leadership qualities as well as a cooperative and motivating management style
* Entrepreneurial thinking, high customer orientation and strategic intuition
* Strong communication skills, persuasiveness and excellent negotiating skills
* Fluent in written and spoken English, other foreign languages an advantage
* Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 30%)
