# Chief Revenue Officer (f/m/d) - SAP LeanIX & SAP Signavio - for MEE
**WHAT YOU'LL DO**
* MEE Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) - **SAP****LeanIX &****Signavio**(f/m/d)will drive broad evangelism of the SAP LeanIX & SAP Signavio solutions as part of the Business Transformation Management (BTM) solution area to the MEE marketplace. The role will drive all aspects of the BTM strategies, including revenue planning, talent strategy, incentives, training and enablement.
* As an active member of the Global BTM GTM team and the MEE leadership team, the role is expected to contribute to the overall strategic direction of SAP BTM solution area as well as the MEE region.
* The leader (f/m/d) will have ultimate responsibility for a flexible, yet disciplined and professional sales organization focused on revenue growth, profitability, and a solution and value selling approach, with close relationship of all other GTM functions (marketing, business development, solution and value advisory, customer success management, partner management, services, etc.) as well as the SAP LeanIX and SAP Signavio product engineering organizations.
* The leader (f/m/d) will build and maintain a team of high caliber sales leadership talent that leverages existing SAP’s selling motions, inclusing for RISE with SAP, but focuses significantly on the growth opportunities outside the scope of new ERP transformations, including existing SAP ERP customers, up-sell and cross-sell BTM opportunities and net new BTM customers or SAP prospects.
* Ensures disciplined sales methodology application across management groups, resulting in consistent and accurately forecasted financial results.
* Facilitates individual growth and development of sales management, setting objectives, performance standards and priorities, coaching and acting as role model on sales approaches and account leadership.
* Drive each sales management member toward expected quarterly and annual sales objectives. Facilitates alignment and effective communication within sales team and internal/external key partners/customers and promptly resolve any conflict to encourage harmonious and productive interaction.
* Inspires and influences internal stakeholders, experts, and other resources not under direct management, helping to remove obstacles and aiming goals achievement.
* The leader (f/m/d) should be one who inspires and motivates; brings thought leadership to market needs, generating competitive advantage on existing markets and developing new revenue streams.
* Builds a network of C-level relationships across industry, community, and business groups, and with key partners and customers to stay current on issues impacting business and sales, providing meaningful strategic advice to retain and grow their business through integrated solutions.
* Support SAP at industry, sales, and media events to include featured analyst and speaker roles.
**WHAT YOU BRING**
The leader (f/m/d) will have broadly based progressive experience in a large, high growth enterprise software or technology company. The successful candidate (f/m/d) will have a proven track record of leading sales within high growth, business process-oriented context and/or SaaS based companies where he/she consistently overachieved sales targets. **10+ years of direct sales experience including at least 5 years leadership as people manager (as MMT or MMM) of an ideally MEE software sales organization** in a fast growing environment. Previous responsibility for delivering revenue in a hyper growth environment in software sales a plus. Strong network within the region a plus.
* Experience directing, managing and growing an organization in a scalable fashion for a multi-faceted, sales organization while consistently increasing revenues.
* Understanding of global go-to-market strategies including direct and indirect selling models and multi-channel leveraged selling motions and business development best practices.
* Strong technical acumen and experience leading sales organizations and managing existing industry relationships while targeting enterprises selling multiple products across different platforms and consistently meeting or over-achieving revenue targets.
* Passion or experience in the area of business transformation management, process management and enterprise architecture.
* Solutions and value sales mentality in an environment with multiple products and services. Knowledge and proven practice with territory and account management in a rapidly growing sales organization.
* Ability to understand and implement the highest-leverage activities toward winning big deals.
* A history of building and leading best-in-class sales teams by creating loyalty, trust, and commitment to organizational goals.
