Anforderungen

  • •Master’s degree in Business, International Business, Economics or similar
  • •Several years of senior leadership experience in business development or commercial growth roles, ideally in certification, assurance, sustainability or adjacent industries
  • •Recognised track record of taking services from concept to market, not only strategy or research
  • •Strong negotiation and stakeholder skills in complex, international environments
  • •Ability to develop others and introduce product-building discipline into existing teams
  • •Excellent communication; fluent in English (other languages an asset)

  • •Lead business development across global markets and segments
  • •Develop and implement a market-driven growth strategy for certification-related and adjacent services
  • •Oversee end-to-end service development from opportunity framing to pricing and go-to-market
  • •Contribute to early-stage product design and prototyping as needed
  • •Establish prioritization logic and ROI discipline for new opportunities
  • •Enhance commercial and product literacy within BD teams through coaching and direction
  • •Maintain and expand senior relationships with clients, Fairtrade stakeholders, and partners
  • •Represent FLOCERT in strategic negotiations and alliances
  • •Ensure alignment with Operations for successful market delivery
