Anforderungen
- •Successfully completed degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field
- •Several years' experience in finance and managing finance teams
- •In-depth knowledge of HGB and IFRS accounting, consolidation, and financial planning
- •Excellent Excel skills, particularly in complex formulas and pivot tables
- •Experience in implementing modern controlling tools (e.g. LucaNet, Jedox)
- •Strong analytical skills and solution-oriented mindset
- •Hands-on mentality and willingness to contribute to operational and strategic issues
- •Enjoyment of teamwork and willingness to learn and develop personally
- •Very good communication skills in German and English
- •Integrity, sense of responsibility, and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration

Deine Aufgaben
- •Lead and develop the finance department with 4 employees
- •Oversee the IT department if suitable and interested, managing 3 employees
- •Manage accounting, project controlling, budgeting, and cash management
- •Prepare monthly and annual financial statements, reports, and forecasts
- •Transition accounting from HGB to IFRS
- •Develop and implement a digital controlling and consolidation tool
- •Establish and monitor meaningful KPIs for management decisions
- •Handle treasury, cash, and liquidity management, including investment planning
- •Serve as a point of contact for management, auditors, tax advisors, shareholders, and authorities
- •Manage corporate finance activities and strategic finance projects
