Anforderungen

•Successfully completed degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field
•Several years' experience in finance and managing finance teams
•In-depth knowledge of HGB and IFRS accounting, consolidation, and financial planning
•Excellent Excel skills, particularly in complex formulas and pivot tables
•Experience in implementing modern controlling tools (e.g. LucaNet, Jedox)
•Strong analytical skills and solution-oriented mindset
•Hands-on mentality and willingness to contribute to operational and strategic issues
•Enjoyment of teamwork and willingness to learn and develop personally
•Very good communication skills in German and English
•Integrity, sense of responsibility, and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
•Integrity and ethical behaviour in all business matters

Deine Aufgaben

•Lead and develop the finance department with 4 employees
•Oversee the IT department if suitable and interested, managing 3 employees
•Manage accounting, project controlling, budgeting, and cash management
•Prepare monthly and annual financial statements, reports, and forecasts
•Transition accounting from HGB to IFRS
•Develop and implement a digital controlling and consolidation tool
•Establish and monitor meaningful KPIs for management decisions
•Handle treasury, cash, and liquidity management, including investment planning
•Serve as a point of contact for management, auditors, tax advisors, shareholders, and authorities
•Manage corporate finance activities and strategic finance projects
