**What You Will Do**
* End to end ownership of multiple assigned projects - initiation, discovery, development, testing, operational readiness and transition to live, on time, within budget and within scope
* Analyze, plan and develop requirements and standards in reference to scheduled projects
* Work cross-functionally to ensure not just delivery but successful hypothesis testing and business outcomes
* Work on streamlining multiple aspects of the CTO office stretching from resource planning, org design, fostering innovation, and emphasis on breaking silos to creating forums/programs of cross-team collaboration
* Manage the ideation, planning and delivery of incubation programs and new venture build-outs keeping innovation at the center
* Capability of appreciating technical choices and trade-offs and weighing them against customer outcomes
* Assign and oversee daily tasks of technical personnel while ensuring all subordinates are actively working toward established milestones
* Hold regular technical team meetings to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects
